• Dedicated new indigo rope dyeing for weft- Exclusive Indigo Package Dyeing facility for usage in Indigo Checks and Indigo Dyed weft requirement in various kinds of fabrics
• Auto desk looms from CCI
• Additional sample Warper Tongyuan
• TFO for fancy yarns
• New rapier and airjet looms for Denim and Yarn dyed shirting from Picanol – equipped with dobby attachments
• Naming selvedge devices
• Carbon Peaching Ultrasoft from Lafer
• New Kusters Benninger fabric dyeing machine with Contidose.
• Revamping for all main process machinery- Major Revamp of continuous bleaching – dyeing range and finishing machines
• Denim IDR revamping
• New Euro soft finish for high stretch fabrics –A special finishing technology to offer fabrics with very high stretch and at the same time low weft shrinkage
• State of the art automation in Denim Jeans and Shirting stitching lines
• VAV laser and Yilmak washing and garment dyeing machines for Laundry
• Replacement of existing Garment infrastructure with highly automated Garment Stitching machines & state of the art Laundry facilities
